This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your rights to use content generated through the Fictionifai platform and related tools, including CreatorKit (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Ownership

All intellectual property in the Fictionifai platform, technology, and AI models is owned by Fictionifai.

Users retain rights to the outputs (stories, images, and audio) they generate, as defined in this Agreement.

2. Personal Use License

Unless you have purchased a commercial license through CreatorKit, your content is licensed for personal, educational, and non-commercial use only.

You may:

• Share your stories privately with friends or family.

• Print or use them for home, classroom, or portfolio display.

You may not sell, distribute, or upload these materials to any commercial or public marketplace.

3. Commercial Use License (Amazon-Only)

Users who purchase a valid Fictionifai CreatorKit are granted a limited commercial license to:

• Publish, sell, and distribute their generated books (EPUB, paperback, or audiobook) only on Amazon KDP under their own author name.

• Use Fictionifai-generated illustrations, stories, and content as part of their final book publication.

• Retain all royalties and earnings generated from sales on Amazon.

Restrictions:

• You may not sell, distribute, or upload your book or files on any other marketplace, including but not limited to Etsy, Gumroad, Payhip, Shopify, Google Play Books, Apple Books, or similar platforms.

• You may not sell or redistribute unmodified Fictionifai outputs (e.g., raw text, images, or audio) as standalone assets.

• You may not claim Fictionifai-generated works as entirely human-created where disclosure is required by law or by the publishing platform.

All commercial activity must comply with this Agreement, Amazon’s publishing policies, and applicable laws.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• Their generated content complies with copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Published works meet third-party requirements (e.g., Amazon KDP standards).

• Content does not infringe upon or misrepresent others.

Fictionifai is not liable for any claims, rejections, or disputes related to user-published content.

5. Brand Integrity

Fictionifai reserves the right to request removal of any public content or publication that misrepresents, damages, or falsely affiliates with the Fictionifai brand.

6. Termination

Violation of these terms may result in license termination, account suspension, or removal of content without refund.
