2. Limitations

You may not:

• Sell, distribute, or upload Fictionifai-generated content or files to any platform other than Amazon KDP.

• Sell or redistribute unmodified Fictionifai outputs (raw text, illustrations, or audio files) as standalone digital assets.

• Use Fictionifai brand names, trademarks, or logos without prior written permission.

• Claim Fictionifai-generated works as fully human-created when disclosure is required by law or platform policy.

3. Legal Disclaimer

Fictionifai-generated files are optimized for Amazon KDP compatibility; however:

• Fictionifai is not responsible for any rejection, suspension, or removal of your book by Amazon or any third-party service.

• You are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with Amazon’s publishing standards and AI content disclosure policies.

4. Safety and Compliance

Your generated files are unique and exclusive to your account.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate metadata, saving backups, and ensuring that your book information matches the Amazon publishing requirements.
